In keeping with the spirit and intent of New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law RSA 91-A, this blog is simply a repository of communications related to the Atkinson Energy Efficiency Committee. It will include copies of emails between members, meeting minutes of public meetings, and other documents which the Committee feels should be available to the public.

Staycation opportunities in New Hampshire

Michelle:
 
What about promoting "staycations" in New Hampshire as a way to save on transportation fuel this summer and fall. Is someone in the state already promoting staycations? If so, maybe we do another Press Briefing to tell people about the staycation in NH concept...
 
You travel and lodging connections must provide you with a great list of destinations... we could do a list based on concentric circles from Atkinson ... within 10 miles, within 30 miles, within 50 miles, etc.

We are scheduled to meet tomorrow night at 7pm.  Please le me know if you plan to attend.  It's very important that we get critical mass to move things forward.  We still haven't elected officers and definitely need to find a way to recruit new faces!

Atkinson RideShare - web page - see link

I built a concept web page called "Atkinson Rideshare". Perhaps we can do a Press Briefing at the town hall before a Selectman meeting some night to inform people about ride sharing and working from home. Maybe we can discuss this tomorrow night.
