Meeting Availability

Hi Barbara and Phil,

The Energy Commission would like to move our meetings to the third Thursday of the month, until further notice.  I will post a notice in the Town Hall and the Library.  Please let me know if there is an issue with meeting space.

Subject: Possible Meeting Change

Hi All,

Michael is available on the 1st and 3rd Monday's on the month.  I have Conservation Commission on the first.  Would everyone be available if we switched our meetings to the third Monday of the month?

Michelle

P.S.  Did anyone have any suggestions on the worksheet, specifically the 5 yr Payback tab?  If not, I'll ask for a meeting with Dave, Phil and Bill F. next month.

Re: Possible Meeting Change

Third Monday works for me, too.

Working ECM Worksheet

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in getting this to you - caught up in work.

The attached worksheet is exported from the full report.  ECMs with highlighted estimated installtion cost cells reflect rebate estimates on the report Jim got from Unitil.  I recalculated the Payback period and Lifetime ROI to reflect the adjusted cost basis.  I also added page #s since the report no longer follows the ECM numbering, Date Complete and Actual Cost after Rebate (for tracking purposes).  The second tab includes ECMs with payback periods of 5 yrs or less and thus recommended for potential funding.  The last ECM listed is included because of safety issues.

Please review these sheets and if acceptable, I will email it to Dave, Phil and Bill Friel for our workshop meeting.

Thanks,
Michelle
