Street Light Presentation

Hi Bill,
 
The Energy Commission would like the opportunity to present an Executive overview of the work of Michael Mascola on Atkinson's Street Lights to the Selectmen.  Michael has prepared a PowerPoint presentation sharing his findings.  Before proceeding with further research, we would like to get a sense of the Selectmen's interest and recommendations.  We would like to request 30 minutes, including 20 minutes for presentation and 10  minutes for Q&A, scheduled at your convenience.

Thanks for the updates everyone.  Sorry - I rushed to send out a reminder and sent a confusing message this morning. 
 
To clarify, if the vendor's email is listed in the worksheet, I have sent a confirmation with details on set-up and the day.  I will also send a reminder next week.

 I just tried to touch base with all the vendors that I've invited again to see if they are all set and have any special requests.

• Water Energy Distributers - Reconfirmed attendance, requesting power and a 8' table. They also placed a link to our Energy Fair on their website (http://northeastgeo.com)
• I left a message for the other three to call me back today (Westville, Dave Pallaria Electric, Palmer Gas)

Greater Atkinson Energy Fair

Hi Denise,
 
The Atkinson Energy Commission will hold the Greater Atkinson Energy Fair on Saturday, April 6th from 10am - 1pm at the Atkinson Community Center, 4 Main Street (Route 121).  The fair will feature vendors with products and services to increase energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy use.  The Atkinson Energy Commission will also share information on tax incentives available to New Hampshire residents.  The fair is free and open to all individuals and businesses interested in reducing their energy use.
 
Thanks for sharing this - other energy committees/commissions are encouraged to promote this within their towns.
