In keeping with the spirit and intent of New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law RSA 91-A, this blog is simply a repository of communications related to the Atkinson Energy Efficiency Committee. It will include copies of emails between members, meeting minutes of public meetings, and other documents which the Committee feels should be available to the public.

Hi, Michelle –

Hope you are enjoying the fact of summer at last!

The Board of Selectmen would like to hold the workshop with your Energy Committee and all of the Town departments on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7 PM.  Would you please let me know as soon as possible so that I can notify the other departments?

Also, if I understood correctly, you were going to provide copies of your revised Energy Report to all departments in advance of the meeting.
