The public hearing for the Master Plan Energy Chapter (MPEC) is next Wednesday. (I don't have time and location yet.) We are supposed to have a meeting on Monday. Would everyone be willing to hold the meeting on Wednesday either before or after the discussion of the MPEC?
We have two items to discuss, Jim will be giving us an update on the status of the Energy Efficiency and Block Grant Program for Municipalities available through OEP and we need to schedule a "Button-Up NH" program for January. This is a program I sent an email out about in October. Atkinson was selected as one of only nin communities in the state to host this session. Trained auditors will teach attendees how to do their own home energy audit. A CD will also be provided to the library with a condensed "how-to" presentation. They have put together all the promotional materials. At this point, we need to decide on weeknight or Saturday and select potential dates/sites.
Please let me know as soon as possible, if Wednesday works for you. Conservation is hoping to use our meeting room on Monday if we're not going to need it.
