As discussed in our last meeting, Jim is checking with Unitil to see if we can be approved for rebates using the ECM detail Elmer gave us. Prior to this request, Jim had asked them to review the Energy Audit report and give us the list of ECMs that they would rebate and the amount of the rebate based on Elmer's estimates. The attached worksheet lists the ECMs that have a payback of 2 yrs or less, which is where the committee, Dave and Phil agreed was the best place to start.
Hopefully, Jim will have an answer soon from Unitil and we can identify next steps. Please note, that if we completed all of the ECMs listed inthe Phase 1 worksheet, we would start saving the town an estimated $2,716 annually beginning 15 months after installation. Pretty nice!
