Subject: Vendor Reminder - Greater Atkinson Energy Fair on April 6th

 

Thank you for participating in the Greater Atkinson Energy Fair on Saturday, April 6th!  The Fair will be held at the Atkinson Community Center, 4 Main Street (Route 121) in Atkinson from 10am until 1pm.  We are promoting this fair in surrounding communities including, Salem, Hampstead, Plaistow, Danville and Sandown.  We encourage you to share information regarding this fair with your networks, as well.   The event is free to the public and also to vendors.  All we ask of vendors is that you consider bringing a door prize or small give-aways to help us  energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy options in the region.

 

Set-up for the fair will begin at 9am.  We will provide either a 6 or 8 ft table to each vendor.  (We do not provide table coverings, etc.)  We ask that all vendors be completely set-up at 10am and do not break down your display until the 1pm closing time.  Please feel free to share information with residents and other vendors.  We still have ten tables available for vendors with products or services in the energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy fields.
